i do not allow reposts of my art on any site, even with full credit.can i make your art as my icon/header?

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- I will not draw gore / furry / mecha / nsfw.
- I have the right to decline a commission if I feel I won’t be able to do it.
- Planned turnaround of 4~ weeks. Working time depends on the complexity of the commissioned illustration, the amount of orders in the queue and schedule changes.
- I send out initial sketches before finalizing an artwork. I allow (1) round of revision during this stage and after the final stage. Drastic changes from the approved initial sketch, however, will incur a fee.
- Please be thorough when providing details. Visual refs are required. Even the smallest sketch would do!PAYMENT
- Will accept payment via Paypal (USD) or GCash (PHP) in full upfront. Please take note of the current conversion rate. I'll be sending an invoice once I confirm your commission order.
- Refunds are available only before I start the lineart. Paypal fees incurred in the initial payment will be deducted upon refund.
- I reserve my right to cancel a commission without prior notice and return the payment should emergencies arise on my end.RIGHTS & USAGE
- All commissions are for personal use only.
- I'm morally against NFTs and would not like my art have anything to do with them.
- The commissioner may upload the artwork on their own platforms but must not claim it as their own. Credit would be appreciated.
- I reserve the right to upload my works in my social media platforms for samples/portfolio usage.
- For commercial use, feel free to e-mail me.
